Couldn't seem to think of a better title for this blog entry! We've actually almost been here a month which is crazy to think. This weekend has been swell as it is actually a 4 day weekend. We were in Seoul lots playing ball, hanging out with friends and listening to Loren Cunningham. He's the co-founder of YWAM. Really good message and neat to hear about what is happening with that organization. A lot of well known Christian speakers seem to come to Seoul for conferences and what not, so it's sweet to be in the know and get to partake in these events.

Chris got to meet up with 2 friends from college Sunday and they went to Yeouido Full Gospel Church. The biggest evangelical one in the world. He thought it was bit overwhelming with all the people everywhere. They also visited the most famous palace in Seoul and just loved it.
I on the other hand spent the day with girlfriends catching up and going to our fav places in Gangnam where I used to live. I think it's good for us to spend time apart with friends every once in a while. Sometimes you just need girl/guy time.
Today we hiked around the Hwaseong Fortress in Suwon. Took us about 2 hours with a few picture breaks and what not. It's nice how close some touristy things are to our home.

Pretty much just walk to a lot of them. I am super thankful for that because it seems like it takes hours just to get anywhere in this country.. We also live near a huge park that has sweet outdoor exercise equipment, hoops and a nice soft jogging path. I will have to take some pics of it soon and post them. I am trying to get a lot of pics up on facebook but since we still dont have the internet it's hard to in a computer room. So be patient and more pics will come soon.

This Wednesday we start a new semester for teaching the kids. So that means new books and new things that my partner teacher and I will implement. Looking forward to it for sure. Chris is still not at his school he will be there next Monday so he's still coming to my school to help out and learn teaching. It's going better and better each week. The kids I am teaching this year have a lot lower English level than last so it's a bit more of a challenge for sure.
Okay that's all for today hope you are well. Until next time....
Nice update Bec. love the pic of you and the one of the buildings. i am assuming thats the surroundings of where youy live. Also looks like its warm there too.
